Pre-paid gift card, multi-retailer gift voucher and digital reward organisation Park Group has appointed Claire Jones as its new group HR director.
In her new role, Jones will lead on key areas of the organisation’s new strategic growth plan, announced at the end of 2018. This includes helping the business relocate core divisions to Liverpool, as well as enterprise resource planning, skills and talent management, recruitment and retention.
Jones has expertise in HR consulting, executive search, HR policies and organisational design and management.
Previously, Jones worked as head of HR business partnering at credit card organisation MBNA and head of staffing at Bank of America.
