PepsiCo and Starbucks boost productivity via wellbeing

EXCLUSIVE: Almost all (95%) of staff at Chiswick Park, which includes organisations such as Discovery, PepsiCo, Pernod Richard and Starbucks, feel that their productivity has been boosted by taking part in summer wellbeing events.

The events, which are part of the business park’s Enjoy Work programme, are aimed at the 8,000 employees based at organisations on the site, and are designed to help boost staff wellbeing, motivation and productivity.

Highlights include extreme stunt displays, tennis, beach activities such as volleyball and sand sculpting, a music festival and an outdoor cinema.

The wellbeing programme began on 5 June and will come to an end on 17 September.
