Red Letter Days for Business helps launch long-service programme has launched a new employee long-service programme and re-launched its existing employee recognition initiative with support from incentive and reward experts Red Letter Days for Business.

The hotel bookings specialist has been providing discounted accommodation throughout the UK since 1999 and 15 years on, is celebrating 17 per cent of its workforce being with the company for five or 10 years. Long serving employees will be presented with a £150 or £250 Red Letter Days experience voucher, depending on how many years they are celebrating with the company.
