Food manufacturer Weetabix Food Company has hired Stuart Benham as its head of HR operations.
In his new role, Benham will lead the people elements of Weetabix’s overall strategy, ensuring that the organisation has the infrastructure and skills pool to drive business performance.
He will also implement and be responsible for employee development and training, in particular around technical skills, and look to drive a better gender balance across the organisation.
Previously, Benham worked as interim head of HR, UK at Synthomer UK, HR director at OneSchool UK and HR business partner at Barratt Developments. He has also held numerous posts at PepsiCo, including senior HR manager, change and culture and engagement, and senior HR manager, snacks, juice and oats, UK.
