In 2021, CSSC won the Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance award. The judges approved of its clear strategy of putting wellbeing at the heart of the business, as well as its bold and clearly effective plan to make managers and individuals accountable.
At the ceremony, Daniel Barrett, field sales executive at CSSC, said: “Work-life balance is something that we’ve fought strongly for, so to win this award is a special occasion and is something we will share with our members, our volunteers and our staff, hopefully for the next 100 years.”
The annual awards, which has 22 categories this year, recognises the top work carried out by teams and organisations during 2021. There are two new categories for 2022, the Best Benefits to Support Employees Post-Pandemic award, sponsored by Salary Finance, and the Best Benefits to Support Menopause, Fertility or Pregnancy award.
The 2022 winners will be announced at this year’s Employee Benefits Awards, held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 24 June. Guests will be treated to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an exciting after-party that will include live music, dodgems, a carousel and a big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.
The Employee Benefits Awards enables reward, benefits and HR professionals to celebrate best practice in the field, while also enjoying the opportunity to network with industry leaders and experts.
