DAC Holdings has appointed Vicky Smith as head of HR.
Smith has been promoted to the group role from her previous position as head of HR at DAC-owned International Applications.
She is responsible for championing the people agenda across all DAC companies, leading the implementation of strategic people initiatives and management of all operational HR, training, development and talent management activities.
