It’s difficult to avoid eating sugar. It’s in everything from drinks and sauces, to bread and even microwave dinners. And it’s not the good kind of sugar. If you have a company cafeteria, your employees might be consuming their daily intake of sugar from one prepared lunch.

The sweet stuff not only damages teeth, but it’s also been linked to cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
