Fuel Card Services launches voluntary benefits programme

Kenyon Russ-Fuel Card Services-2015Fuel Card Services has introduced a voluntary benefits scheme to reward and engage its 300 employees.

Through the scheme, staff will have access to practical and recreational perks, such as free spa days, Tastecards, mobile phone insurance and discounted gym memberships, as well as savings on cinema tickets, groceries and travel. New benefits will also be added to the platform regularly.

The fuel card provider’s staff will be able to redeem the benefits via an online platform and smartphone app.

Employees will also receive an occasional gift box filled with treats, such as snacks, beers and stress balls.

The voluntary benefits programme, provided by Perkbox, has been introduced to reflect the organisation’s commitment to enhance its work culture.

Russ Kenyon (pictured), head of group sales at Fuel Card Services, said: “Rewarding our hard-working staff is hugely important to us. We believe it speaks volumes about the culture of an organisation and its dedication to keeping staff both motivated and happy.

“Everyone likes to receive perks and treats that not only help us enjoy life outside of work, as well as in work, but also goes some way into making salaries go further.”
