Hargreaves Lansdown has launched an integrated corporate wrap and flexible benefits system.
The workplace benefits system integrates Hargreaves Lansdown’s Corporate Vantage investment platform, which includes a pension, a cash individual savings account (Isa), a stocks and shares Isa and an investment account; with flexible benefits technology provided by Staffcare.
The system, which is accessible online or via iPhones and iPads, also includes guides to investments and pensions, interactive calculator tools and a video centre where employees can access further information on specific topics.
It is also auto-enrolment compliant.
Alex Davies, managing director of pensions at Hargreaves Lansdown, said: “By delivering everything through one portal, using the established Vantage technology we’ve not only made life easier for employers, employees can also take control of all their workplace benefits and their savings and investments on one site.”
