HomeServe has launched an employee discounts and recognition online portal.
The emergency home repairs organisation has introduced the scheme called PeopleServe, which is provided by Reward Gateway, for its 2,500 employees.
The scheme offers around 1,000 discounts and 1,500 instant vouchers for employees.
The recognition tool allows employees to thank each other for their efforts to drive efficiencies and deliver better customer service.
So far, employees have issued more than 1,500 thank-you recognition cards through the system.
To enable its engineers to access the scheme while they are on the road, the platform is available via PCs, mobile and tablet devices.
