Supermarket chain Sainsbury’s has promoted Alex Stean to the position of senior reward manager.
Stean, who has worked for the organisation for 10 years, moves into the role after holding the title of group reward manager since March 2018.
She started her career at Sainsbury’s in January 2009 as reward and HR policy analyst, before being promoted to reward manager in September 2011.
