Pension

  • Two defined contribution (DC) pension schemes within GXO, excluding the Clipper acquisition.  A group personal pension (GPP) for manager grades with a maximum of 7% employer contribution if the employee pays 5%, and a master trust arrangement for non-manager grades with statutory contribution levels of 8% total including 3% from the employer based on qualifying earnings.  Both plans offer salary sacrifice arrangements as a means of paying the contributions.

Holidays

  • Core holiday of 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
  • Holiday purchase is available up to a maximum of an additional five days leave per annum.

Canteen/catering

  • On-site services based on the size of the operation and/or location, which provide canteen facilities and appropriate rest areas.

Sport/social club

  • Social and sports clubs managed locally across many of the 300 sites.
  • On-site gyms in some locations.

Employee recognition scheme

  • Employee of the month-style awards.
  • Annual GXO people awards and driver of the year, which cover every site and business unit in the UK organisation. It receives, on average, over 300 submission each year across eight key categories that are linked to organisational values.
